Surviving Congress
How Companies Protect Themselves When Capitol Hill Comes Calling
Adonis Hoffman, Esq.
When Congress comes calling, most companies are unprepared. Investigations, subpoenas, document requests, and public hearings arrive with little warning and enormous consequence. The reputational, legal, and strategic stakes are high — and the margin for error is narrow.
Surviving Congress is a practical guide for corporate executives, general counsel, board members, and government affairs professionals who need to understand how congressional oversight works, what it demands, and how to protect the institution when Capitol Hill comes calling.
